Its all a bit bizarre is this; firstly Columbia Uni inviting the President of Iran to speak there, and secondly, the invitee agreeing.
Clearly a publicity stunt, but a valid one. I'm mildly bemused that people are currently calling for Lee Bollinger's head, in a land that promotes free speech. But censorship is surely something that doesnt give us either side of the coin, or allow us to form our own opinions.
Fascinating and bold move, I think.
