Happened to stumble upon him doing a set last week whilst on holiday.I'd always remembered (or imagined him) as doing Chemical Brothers style funked up beats and bleeps but i must be getting him mixed up with someone else:scratch: His set was nothing of that sort.He was okish but he didnt seem to build , go anywhere or reach a climax.Has he done many mix albums to reccomend?

Oh and i drunkenly offered him a spare Viking badge but he turned his nose up at it.The twat

But i must admit he must have an expensive , highly skilled hairdresser. The bastard

Let us know how you get on , Colin , aye

Oh and i saw Jo Whiley at Milton Keynes train station on Sunday morning (long story as to how i ended up there but i won't recount it) .I pondered on offering her a Viking badge but in the end she appeared in a hurry so i thought i'd better not bother her.She does all her radio shows standing up you know.Isn't that a bit odd for a radio DJ?

I've just unloaded the Renaissance Mix Collections by him & Sasha on eBay.

He's doing a new series of mix albums now called 'Transitions'. In fact Transitions 3 just came out. Number 1 and this number 3 are pretty good but 2 is a bit boring.

U can also catch his weekly radioshow called transitions wich goes out over the net on http://www.johndigweed.com

I've seen/heard him a few times and one night he was pretty rat-arsed and that was funny but most of the time he's quite boring to watch although some of his tunez are quite allright

And his haircut, my god..fluffy bastard he is...

He was brilliant between 91-96 Bedrock, Northern Exposure, Renaissance etc. But his remix of Crystal is pretty much how his whole set sounded by 2001. Sasha is still "The Man Like..." though.
