IMO, Neil Diamond has a dreadful voice, for a man with so many fans. But it's all about the sex appeal, isn't it.

To be fair, I don't think even his fans would claim he has a good voice, I'd guess its more his songs they rate him for.
What puts me off is they way all his fans seem to be middle aged privately educated posh white blokes, usually with jobs in the media.
I nominate Frank Sinatra. Overly mannered crooning, never seen the appeal.
