pumped full of drugs wrote: John Cleese... not really a stand-up comedian, but can even make a instructional video or a funeral funny. Has done excellent physical comedy, wordplay comedy, satire comedy. Seems like a surly bastard anymore, is he in much public anything lately in England? He can do whatever he wants to thou.

Still does films nowadays - is currently filming The Pink Panther 2, where he plays the part of Dreyfuss...

Apart from, that, voiceovers for cartoon films (e.g. Charlotte's Web, etc)...

Drew a blank when I first saw this thread cos I keep chopping and changing my mind over who I think is funny.

Frankie Boyle is definitely in a league of his own at the moment though.

I went to Primary School with Frank(ie) Boyle!!!! He was in P7 when I was in P6 when we both got sent to the "big school" to represent St. Convals in a "debating" competition against all the other feeder schools. I sank without a trace but Frank(ie) came second against a burd from St Brides who frank(ie)ly (ha ha) blew him out the water....Where is she now?!!!!

PS Im writing this from Japan. Half cut. GERRRRITUPYEEEE!

the sarah silverman program is so wrong. but damn funny!

chappelle's show is a classic. wu tang financial, the n****r family, i'm rick james bitch!, and his drive with wayne brady are all classics. not to mention his R kelly impersonation: 'i'll piss on you, i'll pee on you....'

I honestly can't say. It varies as I don't find any of them consistently funny. We do have some good ones down here though.

she is funny and the only thing wrong with her show is that it spurned a comeback of the soda formally know as TAB.
