it crossed my mind this morning is all this bacon sandwich thread stuff some kind of coded communication for gays? like , if you say you are having a bacon sarnie it means you are here, waiting to take it up the tradesman's?

Got a text from ma wee cuz yesterday moaning that I bought the last of the square sausage from the shops 
Had three bits of bacaon on toast with a big dollop of brown sauce....lovely.
Also had sausage on toast (with red sauce, for a bit of variety)

I was supposed to have one yesterday but simply didn't have the time.
I am having one made for me now 
made more biscuits...no gravy this morning...cooked some sausage and fried up some eggs...
and loads of coffee...
I'm the only one using any brown sauce...stupid Americans...too scared to try something new...
I had coffee yogurt and a bowl of matzo ball soup, but that was kind of brunch because I woke up at 1pm today.

and cold salt and pepper ribs.
couldn't stomach them last night.
but lovely now.

Never been a massive fan of bacon sarnies meself. I mean, they're alright, I just don't think they're in the same league as a proper sausage sarnie! Either hot, or cold.
And just hearing the Jock contingent talk about square sausage is making me salivate at the thought.

Nope, never seen it. Am sure you must be able to track it down somewhere but for the life of me I can't remember anywhere stocking it around my way.
It's a treat for us Southerners!
