When you get pissed everyday, never mind the bottle as long as you get drunk.

When you enjoy a drink from time to time, then quality counts...

Uwaga ! Since I lack blood, I gave up drinking. One pint is enough for me to get drunk. Ok, it may seem cheap to get drunk, but the two following days hangover is a bit too much for me...especially for a single pint ! So I gave up. Last experience with alcohol was a sip of schnaps. Headache and depressive mood on the following day...

But, before that, I quite enjoyed drinking. Sometimes heavily when I lived in Czecho-Slovakia (neighbors of yours). And I still remember that Polish beer in Krakow (seven something - just like a blow on the neck).

In a few months (if not weeks), smoking will be banned in cafés, restaurants, bars, pubs, discothèques, clubs... I think I'll go for a last piwo before. It will not matter if I am sick after that, knowing, with a kind of nostalgia, that there was a time when you could smoke in a bistro.

hmm the concept of enjoying one maybe two glasses of a finer wine.... nope , if i like it i'll just end up drinking the whole bottle in one night.no chance of making it last a few nights

But i'll work on it .Honestly

I undertstand. Opening a bottle of wine and drink it to the bottom is one thing, a very tempting one. And once it is opened, it's opened, so... As I do not buy bottles (except as disinterested gifts), I am not faced to this problem anymore... All I can tell you is that if you do not drink your wine within two days, it turns to vinegar... So do not make it last, it spoils it !

And to come back to the subject, the quickier you empty your bottle of Beaujelais nouveau, the better it is - never fancied this wine that much... It is much more an event than anything else. But if you open a Saint-Emilion Montagne, try to enjoy it on the whole evening (the price of the bottle may help you !)
