Christ, can't believe that was this year! Seems like a long time ago already. Classic night out though. One of my best ever. Not sure about how I felt the next day though. Wont be making plans for the day after the next one!

And as much as I like the mystique of being perceived as some master criminal, the longest I've ever been incarcerated for is 5 days, through no fault of my own, sometime in the early eighties when I still a teenager. And the last time I attended court (as a witness, I hasten to add) a W.P.C asked if I'd ever considered a career as a pig!
Still I'm deeply moved and honoured. My year has been made!

APK. Takes a lot of flack off folk here, some of which wasn't quite as good-intentioned as they perhaps thought. Let's hope he returns soon cos he was an amiable lad and brought a lot to LDN drink-ups. Shame no one has a contact for him.
Having said that, Li(am)'s gotta deserve a mention too. Lovely lad in the flesh but still amazes me how he lurvs to push everyone's buttons here a tad too far. Still, he's only a nipper (er, having said that fcuk knows what he'll be like when he realises he might be able to use that bulk to properly intimidate people! )
Then all the usual folk for keeping the faith and organising stuff and making this more than just a website (but I draw the line at using the word Communidee): Re-order and Digital then those who attended Brussels, Summercase, Serbia, Amsterdamage, Corby (Big Cheers Sluddens) and Stockport.
To the people who make me laugh, Rocket, Col, Jarvo, Hibster, Fradders, JG, Digi, Jeff, Gaz, Jem & Bonz, Kershaw (though it's only once in every three hundred posts) Kath, Dr Who, Snorri.
For factual matters Tim, Johnny James, Ally, Nickos Kingos, Nic Le Blanko.
And for all the usual suspects who travel to the gigs New Order related and all the others.
Too hard to narrow it down any more. So I'll take the easy way out and say all the people who make the effort to actually talk about New Order (Joy Division/Electronic/TheOtherTwo/Monaco/Freebass)

I'll just say NOOL has been an entertaining diversion this year,with a bit of crac here and there.

OBS (Order of the Bacon Sandwich) to Nic for all his work on the site, Re: Order for keeping the live flame burning so splendidly (and especially Will for the lift back from St Albans), Shug and John for doing such a fine job of promoting tourism in Corby and everyone else I've met out there this year for making those outings so enjoyable...
