Prerably, that'll be GlasVegas, Royser, John, but definitley not MIMX or whatever its calling itself today.

Just watching a bit of River Cottage, and noticed that Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall is running around in a wetsuit and a kilt, on a Haggis hunt. Just out of interest, what the fuck is that all about?

Multi-generations removed, but then the Campbells are kinda uberjocks anyway, so I'll help out.

Assume it is like an Easter Egg hunt, a pre-laid haggis set out for the finding of. A haggis is a vile concoction of spiced meat and stuff served in a sheep's stomach. Think of it as a REALLY fat sausage.

Still less vile than oats and blood mind you.

I have a rule.

Never eat owt you cannae watch the making of.

Coming from country grandparents, and having farming relatives in Co. Kilkenny, I've seen the lot (and had cow-temperature milk on my cornflakes....UGH!), and must state that your assertiion that Haggis and blood-soaked grass seed are nice, is undoubtedly in error.

I've seen Black Pudding made hundreds of time. Nothing to it. The key is to just simmer it and relieve the pressure on it every few minutes.

Lovely stuff.

Nonsense Steve,

A Haggis (Haggi-plural) is a small creature with 3 legs (1 at front,2 at back, makes it easier to run round the side of hills),when yer Haggis hunting, you need a metal pail and a rubber glove, the pail to catch it in,and you put the glove on,as you kill a haggis by stickin yer finger up its arse.

Hope this helps :thumb:

I can see it now, you, floating down the Thames on your back on a lilo, yelling "raise tower bridge".

I was commenting on the risk of a member of Gazman's race mistaking me for a haggis and attempting to kill me by inserting a digit in my anus.

Although, now I come to think about it over a sandwich, perhaps it would not be so bad as long as they were gentle. At first.

It was only a joke anyway. Nobody would ever mistake me for an aggis. They are small, round, very hairy and have small penises that stick down.
