i am currently watching the cheesemeister of a movie called buster, the one that starred phil collins

firstly, phil collins couldnt act to save his life, secondly, i know its about the train robber buster edwards, but, the script and all round acting is appalling

so, any other films/movies, you can name that shouldnt of been made...............

Top Gun The Piano Brokeback Mountain Da Vinci Code

I didn't mind the Batman with Micheal Keaton, but that's been the only one of the recent lot that I paid attention to, the one with George Clooney just makes me cringe when I'm channel surfing; bad acting, dialog, sets, the lot, all for the sake of another "blockbuster". Must be the law of diminishing returns I suppose.

Well, here's one that should be made, or at least this scene. Scarlett Johansson and Penelope Cruz in a lesbian scene from an upcoming Woody Allen movie :thumb: not so much for being a part in a Woody Allen movie though

oh...Star Wars, episodes 1 and 2...

Now, how can someone say that The Piano should not have been made? :nono:

The Star Wars prequels, Saturn 3, Batman Forever, Batman & Robin, Fool's Gold (how can that movie be number 1 now?), Any sequel after Predator, Gigli, From Justin to Kelly, etc. I do regret seeing the SW prequels and Batman & Robin. The rest, I know they're bad without watching them.

Spot on.The worst pile of shite to ever make it onto the big screen.WTF were George Burns & Aerosmith on when they agreed to do this. Hard to imagine a film quite as bad as this one.... oh hold on...... GIVE MY REGARDS TO BROAD STREET.

TopGun is a classic. Love it. And although the Star Wars prequels were far inferior to originals I still think they offer something.

Has anyone ever walked out of a film at the cinema? I did it..twice...in one night!

Was watching Silent Bob Strikes Back (or something) but after 20 mins me and 3 mates just looked at each other and said "this aint funny". we went into next theatre where Zoolander was just starting. Me and one of my mates gave it an hour and went to the pub.

True Lies really appalls me. Any anything with Steven Seagal or Wesley Snipes is always utter tosh.

'Movies that should never of been made' ????? WTF?????

'Movies that never should HAVE been made'

'Movies that should never HAVE been made'

OF????

OF????

Did anyone here go to school?

The contraction of should + HAVE = should've

NOT the contraction of should + of = it isn't a contraction and it's totally grammatically incorrect!

It's the height of displaying one's ignorance of the English language in print for all to see.

Please, everyone, stop destroying a beautiful language.

While I'm at it, could everyone please learn the differences between and the uses of:

'their, there, they're'

and

'its, it's'

?

People that don't get the incredibly simple rules of grammar (non-English speakers excused) are either poorly educated, lazy or thick, possibly all three.

'Thank you and goodnight.'

It's a piece of crap for anyone who knows anything about flying aircraft. The mistakes were so glaring it distracted me from anything that may have been of merit.

But I bet you think nothing of spacecraft making sound, visible light beams, or (my personal fave of all time, from Tard Wars Ep3) people sliding to the front of an orbiting vessel that has adopted a nose down attitude.

(Top Gun IS a crock though, obviously, not least cos the USAF don't employ half witted scientologist dwarves as pilots).

You will all note I am offering nothing up for consideration, I believe my feelings are on record enough times round here :D

First, if they were close enough to the planets gravitational pull (its an alien planet so extra gravity here), they could in fact slide forward... not all of Earth's atmosphere is blue ya know....

Yer right, the USAF wouldn't have them as pilots, as they weren't USAF but rust/barnacle picking sailors... also known as USN (which has over twice the amount of fixed-wing aircraft than the USAF)

Get with it Cambo, yer slipping!

Ermmm, if it was in ORBIT, as stated, then it must by definition be under a gravitational force. Craft in orbit do not experience 0-G, but in fact just 0relative G, the crew and ship are falling at the same speed, the attitude of the vehicle has no bearing on this whatsoever.

Otherwise, this recent manouvre would have caused a HELL of a disaster, with crew rolling all over the switched and stuff.

PS, none of the atmosphere is blue, it merely scatters blue light more than red, giving us blue skies and red sunsets.

Oh and what about educating the masses on the proper uses of programme and program, Chris?

But you are basing it off of Earth's gravity... this is alien country and as I said, it has 'extra gravity'... :D

If the atmosphere scatters blue light, that in fact would then make it a blue atmosphere would it not? If you had a red Buick convertible and buried it in a hole, would it cease being red?

Doesn't matter if it's 1g or 500g, in orbit, gravity is nullified.

You're confusing reflected light, and the colour obtain therefrom, with a different phenomenon.

The blue light scatters more easily, as it passes THROUGH the air, then eventually down to us, giving us a whole blue sky not a single hot point of sunlight only. By the same mechanism, sunsets are red, because when looking at a low sun, through LOTS of atmosphere, only the red light survives to reach your eye.

It's also why ciggie smoke glows blueish and casts a redish shadow.

So if I was pulling yer leg in orbit would you feel it then? and what color would it be?
