Most Christian groups usually say that other different groups are not "real" Christians. I'm sure that these more right wing Christian groups that Barkley is talking about, even if behind the scenes, would say that most other differing Christian groups are not "real" Christians at all and that Muslims are inferior and not worthy of any respect. And Muslims say that differing groups are not "real" followers.

People always say they respect other religions... what a huge lie. The whole basis of religion is "i know i'm 100% right and if you disagree you are inferior"

(bear in mind that all the blood, thunder and vengeful nasty god stuff is old testament, which being more or less common to christians muslims and jews, is not a defining christian thing, that which defines a christian (literally, "one of christ's") is the sum total of the teachings and ministrations of Jesus.)

And even if they say the bible supports such things as dropping fire on children from a great height (which it does, god was fucking fond of it himself), they then have to admit all the other stuff it supports.....execution of pooves, execution for tauntung bald men, the gang rape of women and children to spare the men, genocide, etc etc etc etc.

The commandment [1], as given by almightly infalable, omnipresent and omniscient jehova, is "thou shalt not kill". There are no clauses, codosils, or loopholes. Are we to believe, as men (men who have killing on their minds funny enough) would have us do, that almighty infalable omnipresent omniscient Jehova, fucked up? forgot to mention the "unless the president says it's OK", that he said one thing and meant another?

You cannot kill and be a christian, you cannot refuse to forgive and be a christian, in short you cannot be an intolerant bigotted redneck fucktard and be a christian.

It's as fake as you can get. You know I despise religion, but on the rare occassions when I meet someone sincere in their faith, I actually treat them with the greatest of respect, for they are a rare thing. Although they are deluded, they are at least genuine, and one often finds, particularly wich christians, and serious jews, that the more they embrace the spirit of their faith's message, the less retarded they act about the letter of it.

[1] though, as I have already proven, the decalogue we know is the wrong list, being the advice god TOLD moses, rather than the much more bizarre list he inscribed on tablets and described as commandments.
