Have an interview at an architectural supply company tomorrow
Any "serious" tips on what to expect? What questions I should ask? Curring my nerves?

I gave someone quite a lot of advice before his recent interview and I am pleased to say that he got the job.
He obviously didn't take my advice!
Just relax, look interested in them, arrive 5 minutes early, have a firmish handshake and it's in the bag.

I did buy the skirt, blouse and lipstick but ultimately couldn't go through with it.
Which interview tips book did you get that one from again?

Only ever had 3 interviews in mi life,so am not really obliged to offer mi advice ,but,
be yourself dont wear too much aftershave/perfume (whichever is appropriate) be cool and the gang (not nervous) sell yourself keep your hands by your side under no circumstances cross your arms
there you go job in the bag!
So okay, I go to this interview Friday. have on suit and tie, lose my diamond studs (about the only time I take them out)
The interviewer was "ah ummm" Very much blue collar. He asks why I want the job. Tell him I have lots of retail experience, but that a lot of my jobs have been part time. Full Time is preferable.
The interviewer then describes his company what it does. Selling construction materials etc. My intuition is going "okay this is not a good fit." I am much more articulate than my interviewer and I get the sense we have very little in common on first impression.
The guy asks me if I have construction experience.
I say, "I am a blank slate, but I would love to learn whatever you can teach me."
The interviewer then says he has some where to be in 20 minutes and to expect a call at the end of the next week. I got blown off.
Oh whatever....the interviewer showed he had no manners by doing that.
Just annoys me that on my day off I go in there and they had read my resume.
So if they wanted someone with construction, why did they interview me? Oh well, not a big loss.
