Promised Miss Hac i'd get her a ticket for this year, one hundred and ninety two fucking pounds to see The Killers, Metallica and Rage Against the Machine - kids, who'd have them.

Thats nothning! Its over £200 (after charges) to see the fucking Sex Pistols, Franz Ferdinand and Sigur Ros at Electric Picnic. As well as a load of other shite.

I mean, who in this day and age, would want to see tyhe fucking Waterboys?

Are you sure you havent been done over? Face value of a ticket os £155, plus £7 booking fee and i imagine a fiver for postage.

Are you sure you havent been done over? Face value of a ticket os £155, plus £7 booking fee and i imagine a fiver for postage.

I proberbly have been done over, but there already on ebay at £300+!!!

All official websites sold out at 18.46 last night (after going on sale at 18.45) Daughter started crying at 18.48 that she would be a pariah as all friends where going and she was going to be left out of the social event of the summer, so any extra £30 aint bad (and all her mates have paid the same)

i hope you didn't give up at 18.46...

i got mine at about half 7 from the festival website, fairly easily...? hope you didnt use a tout website - you might not get any tickets if you did :shrug:
