A conversation that started 2 years ago.......

Joe - "Mum, what's 1+1?"

Me - "11"

Joe - "Mum, you're so thick"

A conversation that still continues...

Joe - "Mum, what's 1+1?"

Me - "11"

Joe - "Mum, you're so thick, you don't even know what 1+1 is!"

Something I learned during sociology whilst undertaking a Grad Dip in Education, is that the concept of 1 + 1 = 2 is a male construct and doesn't have to be so.

Said song was the highlight of a particularly shitty set at V Festival a few years back.

I remember years ago I had this Calculus class where the instructor proved to the class (through derivitives) that 2+2 can in fact equal 5. Damned if I can remember how to do though....
