Thanks for the news, Hugh played here a couple of months ago, a very good show indeed. New songs sounded great mixed in with the Stranglers tunes, a storming Bear Cage was the highlight of that section of the show for me. Gotta say that the bass player looks a lot better than JJ.....

Talked to him afterward (bought the People Places Pieces box from him), very friendly and funny (I suppose he his to everybody, unless you're a journalist asking dumb questions )

I agree about the bass player Manchester girl as well Caz Campbell, played in heavey metal bands previously.

Didnt go to see him in burnley last month after all.i'll try some of the album.bet some of them big hairy stranglers fans will be throwing underpatnts at that bass girl.thanks for the clip phil

Not bad..yep.. the bass player is alot better lookin than the bloke in The Stranglers, cheers for the link.

Was'nt too sure on first listen, but its really is growing on me.Not sure of the vocals being messed on with, its his voice thats missing from The Stranglers these days.

But worth downloading, interesting between the recorded version of 'Within you or without you' and the 'live' version they show on the website. Looking forward to seeing the rest of the dvd, especially for caz :D
