Just occurred to me watching OneTwo on Youtube performing some great OMD/PROPAGANDA "covers". Wasn't Claudia married to Paul Morley...and are they still married?

She and PM were indeed married. PM is the link between the two great labels of love in my life.
Her marriage was part of the original breakup of Propaganda I believe, a (not entirely unjustified) feeling that she was ZTT's little favourite, Morley being Trevor Horn's right hand man at the time.
Just been looking on Wikipedia,it doesn't say if they're still together or not,just that they HAD a daughter together.

Aye ,i was watching some of those 2004 performances recently.Good stuff.TOTP 85 performance of Duel is still tops though.

Tis true, back in the day, Frau Freitag was the babe, but time has been much much kinder to Claudia.
Must look on the tube and see if Act ever got filmed playing live (just wanna see Thomas Leer (lear?) slaving over a hot synclavier.

Claudia Brucken is fantastic. Glad that she's still recording. She's got such a wonderful and unique voice.
Monty, was that clip of 'Club Country' from the Billy Mackenzie tribute gig? She's also done another Associates cover - 'Breakfast' with Andrew Poppy on their 'Another Language' CD.

Yup, I was due to go along, but was feeling ill that day, so didn't go...
Al & JG did go - when they told me that Claudia had performed Duel, I really do wish that I'd gone along anyway...
