Decided to find the version I have on CD - the sound quality is slightly better;)
I actually remember this gig quite well, suppose I was still on a bit of a high after meeting Mani in the pub before hand, Crystal sounds as bad now as it did then - dunno what was wrong with the sound for that song! Gotta say the rest of the concert was a joy to behold - love hearing Transmission:D And a stomping version of Ceremony to name but 2!!
And the banter throughout the gig was first class

I remember this gig because it was Darren's (Baldrick) first New Order gig - and when BM came on, John, Lorraine and myself were ready to feck off, but Baldrick was desperate to hear BM live.....which the three of us thought was fuckin great He has now been totally converted and bores his other pals with the stories and insists on hearing New Order at parties He'll now be at every gig with us - who says The Shugster gets through to no-one;) :D

PC has been completely knackered...don't know what we are going to do? Cannot record more than 1 CD without it hanging and could NOT get on INTERNET for 3 hours.As for the CD ...no i have not played more than 10 mins yet but need to listen to it with some beer.

Only had this on cassette, when they were reissued back in 84 or 85 I think, so this was not a pointless buy for me.
creation records, international guardians of rock n'roll 1983-1999. i bought it used for twenty bucks (it's a double cd)...it's got a lot of good artists like jesus and marychain, primal scream and adorable. good cd.
