Top 5 albums of the 1980's ?

Probably the best decade for groups and albums (my opinion).So many fantastic albums to pick. Here is my choice.

1/ The Smiths - Strangeways here we come 2/ New Order - Technique 3/ Public Enemy - It takes a Nation of Millions... 4/ Happy Mondays - Bummed 5/ Housemartins - London 0 Hull 4

So what is everyone elses favourites, only pick one album by one artist.ie not 5 New Order albums.

1. Stone Roses 1st album.
2. New Order 'Low Life'
3. Cocteau Twins 'Head Over Heels'
4. Jesus & Mary Chain 'Psychocandy'
5. Kraftwerk 'Computer World'

House Of Love's "Butterfly" (2nd) album should really be in there at No.1 but just scraped into early 1990 although it was prob recorded ( a lot of it re recorded) in 1989.

Squirrel And G-Man by The Mondays doesn't quite make the top 5 but it's close

and The Smiths Queen Is Dead is 7th

Like a friend of mine would say now: I don't know all the albums of the 80s, so I can't tell what are the best...
