7am-7pm Days 7pm-7am effin nights...nights knock fuck outa me:(

I have a few times where I work 1 10 p then the next morning 7-4p shift. I felt dead afterwards

For how long at a time? I occasionally do 6 - 6, four days on four days off. Not my favourite shift pattern...

4.30 usually. 4.00 if the weather is good.

8 - 4.30 pm officially usually finish around 5ish

It varies according to how late I get in and how busy I am.

Usually at 1 P.M., 2 at the latest.
