they've been ordered to hand over details of everyone who's watched a video, & the videos they've watched.
plus they have to show them all the pulled ones
...but you don't have to register to use YouTube, unless you want to watch something with 'Adult Content' (things like footie fans kicking shite out of one another, bombs going off, car crashes rather than actual prawn).
But once you've registered, your name will be next to all future viewings, unless you log out and delete cookies etc.
This ruling sounds like one of those that is impossible to comply with. Courts do that all the time. The cnuts.
