Well it would appear from the number at the side this is my 1000th post, though some managed to slip through into the parallel universe that sprang up at the time of the change of server. Not sure elongated speeches are still the order of the day, now there have been so many. But in essence big hellos to everyone especially those I’ve met And those who make me laugh and a mention to those who don’t come around anymore, for one reason or another, not forgotten the likes of ‘Facsy’ ‘Velocity Girl’ ‘Martin Gray’

This board does seem to have a ‘soul’ to it though it has been dented at times and I’ve felt something of hollow resonance recently, who knows what the future holds but even in recent weeks there’s been some great banter, were else would you want to hear of Johnny Giles’ escapades?
Hope my presence has been too annoying, if at has yah boo sucks to ya!

CONGRATULATIONS Mr WISEASS and i am sure you can be persuaded to post several thousand more humerous asides.Who else can add sanity to HUNTSMAN,PATRICK,SHUGZV and countless others banter.And as for GAYLORD..that ROCKET DUDE..well what can i say.Hope to get my hearing back soon after my latest CD from LIVERPOOL has left me DEAF. :cool2: ROCKET................

No I didn't think you'd let it pass. I thought banter was a two-way thing, like calling Mick-Fester or Shug-Albert, what generally happens is they throw a light-hearted insult back. Why you see it as a great insult, I've no idea but if it brings out your true opinion, then fine, I'd sooner that than have any pretence.

I may not be stereotypical loudmouth scouse 'comedian' in the flesh but so what? It takes all sorts and some people even appreciate my dry sense of humour.
