Radiohead have an interesting project around their new single House of Cards.
The promo is made from computer images and anyone with the technical knowledge can download the source code and remake it. Or something.

(Be warned, the early results seem to amount to grainy images of Thom York's head doing a load of moaning, but it's early days yet)
