American cycling Team Columbia has done it again in the Tour de France-- a 4th stage win for Mark Cavendish. May be an historic moment for the Americans.... :evil4:

Alas, no record-breaking 5th stage win for Cavendish today. Still, at 4 stage wins, he holds the record for his country.

Rumor has it he'll be leaving the tour soon, perhaps as soon as tomorrow, to prepare to represent his country at the Olympics. Pity, because he's been leaving the fastest riders in his dust on the sprints...Which, I suppose, he'll continue doing at the Olympics. :shrug:

Cavendish still in the Tour, for now, but today's stage won by Aussie Simon Gerrans, and for balance, the Maillot Jaune went from Aussie Cadel Evans to Belgian Frank Schleck. A real battle taking place in the Alps...
