the tudors

does anyone else watch this show? it's on showtime and as i don't have showtime i've been renting season one from the video store. waiting for season two to come out soon.

it stars jonathan rhys-meyers as henry VIII and begins with katherine of aragon unable to bear a son. season one ends with anne boleyn making her way into the picture (although they haven't slept together yet!). it's rather good (sam neill as cardinal wolsey and jeremy northam as thomas more) and very lusty.

does it air in the UK? or just over here on showtime. anyway, it's worth a gander.

It's on BBC2 right now as it appens.Never got round to watching it.Is this the first series?

they're on the second series on showtime. don't know which you're on. if katherine of aragon is in it, it's probably the first.

I've uninstalled then reinstalled my problematic Sony Ericsson PC Suite 3.0 for the sole purpose of getting The Tudors to you, Jonathan.

I missed the first series, but caught the first part of series two and was hooked from the start... must hunt down the first series and play catchup..
