We've received this e-mail today, from someone claiming to be Andy Robinson from New Order's Management.

It seems that this message has been written by Tim Jauncey.

Therefore, I want to publicly offer my sincere apologies to Jonathan Scott for accusing him wrongfully.

Sebsy - it's clear you've not thought this through at all! I've spoken to Jonathon several times since Finsbury Park, and in no way whatsoever did he have anyting to do with this, someone may well be winding you up, but you should have thought this through very carefully before throwing accusations around against a certain individual. Is there any evidence whatsoever to justify yer comments? I don't think so, mainly because I have just gotten off the phone to the man concerned himself :nod: I don't really want to say anymore on this sorry subject - I'll let Jonathon speak for himself.....and please remember - I have never fallen out with anyone on this website, I do not wish to be excluded for pointing out the facts in this case - I'm here to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth :nod: ...........

Could someone with an active account over at neworderonline please post the following message under the "People wanting to close this website." thread within the Digital Republic forum by way of a favour to myself as I have no current posting privs there;

Exercising what little right of reply I appear to have here I would like to make it known that I was in NO way responsible for this "hoax" mail - I have no desire to "out" the person repsonsible for this though I am assured they WILL own up sometime tomorrow.

Furthermore, I would like to state that although I am currently negotiating work with Andy Robinson, I am not and indeed never have been a representative of Andy Robinson, Prime Management or New Order.

Though I would be kidding myself if I was to request an apology for this most ludicrous accusation, I hope that this mistake WILL be rectified by the webmasters of neworderonline who have made no effort to check their facts before suggesting I was responsible for this email.

Listen,

The only person who took offense of these deleted mails was Jonathan Scott himself since they were HIS posts. Also, the tone of the message and the kind of threats found in it DOES sound like Mr. Scott once again (based on past experiences).

*BUT*, it's true that there is a small chance that it may not be him. That "fake Andy Robinson" had a lot of interest in the fact that there are MP3s from the Paris show available on this site. The only person I know of who have grievance towards us regarding these MP3s is Tim Jauncey (a.k.a. Fred West) because it seems they came from his recording (I don't know quite frankly). Since Mr. Jauncey hates my guts enough to confess himself, and since this type of "prank" wouldn't be a surprise coming from him, I am opened to the possibility that it might be him after all.

So if the person behind the mask reveals himself and it happens not to be Jonathan Scott, I will gladly apologize to Jonathan and rectify publicly everything I stated above in this thread.

One thing there is for sure: the person who made that e-mail is a perfect idiot.
