No chance, US citizens only (nearly said US passport holders, then realised that's about 3% of the population).

I'd be willing to share custody of Texani, he's a thoroughly pleasant chap in person, and actually posesses a functional irony gland AND a relatively developed sense of humour.

Seeing that Biggie is on BCD at the moment, and prior, and hasn't complained, and the added fact he visted quite recently to the US, we shall recieve full custody of him

I didn't miss it, he included everybody in Britian by emphasizing the word 'us' (as in 'we') by capitalizing it.
