shame it's been sold, real shame, put me onto tons of music new to me, the chameleons, chromeo, al green, wedding present, the the, theatre of hate to name a few i can go on all day
anyone else ever listen to this station,
or even have a recording of the t.wilson night,
it used to piss all over anything else on the radio, esp xfm.
the rev was amazing, me and pottsy did a gig for them at the revolution bar in manchester, and also did a xmas day show on the station a few years ago which was great fun.
sadly when it was taken over bythat cheeky prankster steve penk, he decided that the station should follow the smooth fm doctrine of playing "utter SHITE!" which forced the hand of all the djs to "stick his job up his arse".it came to a stiky end when martin coogan finished playing a celine dion song with the word "CHOOON", put on bat out of hell by meatloaf and walked out of the station

the djs are now trying to set up radio republic, they have pages on myspace and facebook, keep your fingers crossed
ah top news any idea who the dj's will be, will elliot be joining? joyce and mani doing anything for it?????
