as for dole , drugs n jail.
went self employed a while back, ostensibly to free up time to write a play, some tv stuff
on a bringing money into Mac towers basis clearly writing aint on a paying situation yet.
this mid-life crisis aint cheap mate, well cheaper than a Harley-D but you get ma drift
So been working local and touring crew at the Arena, Apollo and what was once G-Mex, also last years V-Fest and T-Park. Also been doing odd bit of work as Commis Chef/Front of house for a couple of tour caterers, it's pretty interesting stuff too. then at Xmas did a couple o weeks at zavvi afore it went into admin.
Last year worked on amongst others, Foo Fighters/Manics, Radiohead, REM, Strictly come fuckin dancing, Muse, Robert Plant, Human League, Chris Rock, Springsteen at United and Cardiff, the Boosh etc
Just finished Status Quo and a few New Kids Block dates, and got a day at the Grace Jones at apollo M/cr
and I'm on third draft of play n 1st draft ot tv drama
and I aint had a cig for what seems like years but aint even a month
good ta hear from ya though amigo, a drink is long overdue methinks rock este nocha
and Rocket FesTA can never be replaced, not whilst he wears mmy oAkley sunGLaSSes, he borrowed after Gretton Gig

Only kidding amigo, The Clash book and DVDs take pride of place, still watch em from time to time, a mate at work gave me Strummer's autobiography, cracking read and the Manchester posse get several mentions in the last few chapters, the only thing not in the book was ROCK ESTE NOCHE, that still raises a grin mate.
Good to hear you kept outta HM pleasure and always looked for a guest writing appearance on SHAMELESS, ye never know, you could have a smash hit on yer hands soon. Life here has been intriguing, plenty of sex drugs n rock n roll, but I'll fill you in on all that the next time we meet up for a shandy or two, say hi to our kid for me, I hope he's behaving.
