Slow news day

A man went out with some of his friends, had too much to drink and was asked to leave the pub. He was "helped to a seat, where he swayed with his head in his hands - but moments later he toppled over and knocked over a sandwich board."

The same man is alleged to have taken drugs in June 2006.

Well, we've just had a (now former) Finance Minister get drunk (cold medicine alone doesn't cause that behaviour) and he left the post himself. (In other words, he quit, and there was pressure for him to be sacked.)

(Sorry, the post just reminded me of that.)

What a great world we live in, you can get served alcohol, but you're not allowed to get drunk, very strange.

I used to be more pissed than that when I worked in a bar, and I had to cash 4 tills at the end of the night!
