Got a question for uk people - what is with your hatred of redheads?

A british friend of mine had a baby and said 'whew - at least she's not a ginger!' and *meant* it!

What is it? A ancient fear of being raped and pillaged by Vikings?? What?!

Never heard of gingers getting teased until I moved to the UK..I still fancy a few...esp Gillian Anderson :love:
