What gives America the right to say a country cannot develop Nukes?

Are America one of the only countries allowed Nukes and why?

I say bring it on. Look at all the wars they have started Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan to name afew.

Same rationale that Britain used to try to own China and India I suppose. The era of the white christian male bully will not last much longer, thou I suppose there will just be different bullies. The American lifestyle is not sustainable forever.

Are you defending North Korea? N. Korea seems totally dysfunctional, and they are not self sufficient, they don't have the resources to invade countries anyway. China could shut them down in a week. I think China just lets them be as a distraction for the West.

I find it odd that they always say so-and-so is dangerous and will use these weapons.........when they are the only country ever to have used them (and against civillian targets too, towns they deliberately left alone with other weapons in order to make sure as many Japanese refugess from other areas as possible were in the kill zone).

1 Vietnam-- began as a war of liberation between the Vietnamese and French colonial forces. We didn't start it, but we did get sucked into it when somebody dropped their rifles.

2 Iraq-- we get to own this one.

3 Afghanistan-- Begun by Al Qaeda and the Taliban.

They are currently developing the resources to fire nuclear missiles on Japan. Oh, what bullies we are to dare suggest they not do such a thing!

China doesn't want a mass exodus of starving North Koreans crossing the border into China, so they do their best not to interfere with Kim's attempts to extend his hold on power.

North Korea's a problem, no question, but if Pakistan falls to Islamic militants, as could well be the case, Al Qaeda will have nukes.
