whenever you ride on a bus, the bus driver has a device that steals your memories, and stores the memories in another dimension. you keep trying to discover their purpose but they keep stealing your memories of their plan, so you forget but still feel deep seated distrust of the bastard bus drivers. your stolen memories effect the weather and can cause storms.
