to be honest I hadn't heard about that. Wouldn't have minded that myself. Still considering Bingley Festival next weekend, once I work out the logistics of it.

Top weekend despite the tent blowing away ........ ......highlights were Ade Edmunson and his Bad Shepherds, Kula Shaker,The Orb, pirate reggae from Diddley Squat which was the best, most fun set I've seen in ages, all night jamming tents, all night chill out tents, all night cheesy discos, the gang I went with, cheap, excellent quality food, spotless bogs, folk helping each other out from the mud when leaving on Monday morning.... the lowlights.....radio Solfest announcing that the legal highs tent had been closed after 5 people were hospitalised...(stick to the illegal ones....much safer):smoking: ........

...........all round a proper festi in the true sense of the word.....if thats what you're after I highly recommend it for next year.......if you want the top bands, crap food stalls and kids who can't handle themselves when they've had too much then stick to Leeds/Reading and V....:blackeye:
