not the entire country, just the idiots that come up with policies, you can't even blame any political party, this is just bureaucratic bollocks.
I'm sure you'll have some equally stupid policies in the states, but I don't intend to start a "your country is more stupid than ours" war, it would be better to bombard white hall with emails complaining about it, enough to crash a few servers would be good, wouldn't change anything, but it would piss them off.
