Kraftwerk busy recording new album in Kling Klang studio

Miracles still happen, especially - if not only - in music land. Ralf Hütter has confirmed Billboard that Kraftwerk is working on a new album. Not that they have completed anything yet: "There's still time to go but in the winter it's pretty gray here, so it's a good situation to go into the studio. It's still very early. It's still in its embryonic stage." Plans exist to tour the new material once the new album is released. It will be the band's first new album since 2003's "Tour De France". The new Kraftwerk album will also be the very first without co-founder Florian Schneider. Schneider left Kraftwerk last November as we reported. Read more following the link:

Excellent news, we might see it before 2015 if we're lucky.

at least they are writing new stuff and not just finishing off a 20 year old idea as was the case with TDF.

I wonder what kling klang looks like these days, do they still have all their old stuff in there or are they now just completely on the PCs?

A tour of kling klang would be fantastic.
