5 years already :eek3: it's true what they say, the older you get the quicker time flies :( and yes, I would definitely recommend the books as well. great stuff :thumb:

Always used to try and make a point of listening to his show,fingers poised over the 'play' and 'rec' buttons,with the old 'C-90' in the tape deck :nod:

The books are on my 'to read' list.

i worked in the shetland isles for a time in the 70,s and peel was the only source of decent music,, , working late shift one night m8 says puddings ready to go chef,, not yet m8,, peel was playing sex pistols pretty vacant for the first time,,, ace.
