Thank you for the report, shug. Seeing as how Mr. Keller is from this area, there is quite a bit of interest in how he fares. Still think he's got to be more than a little bit peeved for not playing in the World Cup though.

Well two of my most hated teams, so how could i not post on the subject' I heard the bhoys were doing the usual 'Argentina' bollox (silly bhoys) but the yids give em a slap outside & got lifted for their trouble..lol I would love to see Celtic play at the 'Bridge' but because of the large loyalist support i dont think it will ever happen. Maybe in the UEFA cup...

Well i class 'Celtic' as an Irish team , nothing wrong with the Irish (my mother is from Dublin) just the pro IRA' supporters that latch on too em' Chelsea have links with Rangers from the 80's and friendships have grown from there, but not all Chelsea are neo-nazis, just patriotic, normal lads who enjoy a beer & a line. Well as I'm sure you know by now Shugster it was a 1-1 bore draw between Rangers & Leeds. Typical friendly, lacklustre affair.

Took the Leeds United Supporters Club, West London Branch, to the NOOL Glasgow HQ, PAD after the game,where we were received by the governor Grahame Ferguson & Muffy. Had a top night with the boys, went on to a club SHACK where GF DJs & he sorted out a blast of True Faith & Blue Monday to satisfy our fixations. Biggup to Grahame & Muffy for looking after us .

Before the game we got chatting with a couple of lads at St Enoch station, both Gers, they took us to a boozer opposite Ibrox station which turned into a Loyalist rally. Couldn't believe that every song they knew had some anti-catholic slant to it. Unreal & frankly quite disturbing.

ROCKET, you will be pleased to learn that we managed to find some common ground with a rendition of our old fave 'Stand Up If You Hate ManYoo':D. See, we can be small minded as well ;)

JOHNNY as if we are bothered...you have to be small minded..you are a SMALL club with not much ambition!:D Sit down mate cos we heard em all and quite frankly if you are pleased with 1 trophy a decade GOOD LUCK. Now now don't start fighting!:D

This is the biggest misconception people have about Celtic & Rangers, Celtic is NOT a Catholic team, yes, it has the elements of being one obviously, and the support were always full with more Catholics than Protestants, but never have Celtic shied away from buying a Protestant, unlike the Huns who took 106 years to sign a Catholic Maurice Johnston is an entirely different story altogetherWith the troubles in the 60's in Ireland - this brought sectarianism to it's worse at football (mainly due to a lot of Scots having Irish blood) Rangers on the side of the loyalists, and Celtic on the side of the Republicans - for reasons mentioned above!
