An Easter Egg is something a developer puts into his software for fun, there is tons out there, in all big softwares, it's hidden features (there is a space invaders game in Excel 7 for instance!)

There is one on NOOL, I don't remember a lot of people finding it and telling us about it, so I'll reveal it a little.. if you click the color code at the top right of your screen, it will reveal it.

It's good to see it once in a while ;)

P/S: I didn't do it! It's Mr Greenwood (Boisvert) and Vincent Dvorak!

Nice one. :) Could you explain those misterious numbers at the end of the animation?

uhm...didn't one of you two webmasters tell us about this one a while back? or was I dreaming all this crap up, and did I honestly find that one on my own????

Green, it's the idea of Mr Ruined in a B, who's the one actually saying "Green" in it.

As for the numbers, we'll have to ask Vinny about it, probably some copyright of his own!

Yes, it was advertised once, but there is new people there Jeff :D

GREEN... ah, so many reasons for that.

Because it's a nice color.

Because Boisvert in english is Greenwood.

Because one of our good users here is named Green (see the nickname explanation thread).

Because, above all, Everything's Gone Green is a very nice New Order song that I thought could be used fairly well in a cool flash presentation.

And yes, I do some of the vocals on that presentation... shamelessly..... hahaha...

Actually Spotnick and Seb, my post was just a little joke for snucker, as the title Everything's Gone Snucker just doesn't have the same appeal. ;)

Anyway, wasn't that feature revealed last December, if my memory serves me?

hahaha, I ws just making fun of historical internal political canadian affairs!

Quebec and Ontario have been known to be in competition with each other since forever! The reason for that is that, before they were named Ontario and Quebec, they were Upper Canada and Lower Canada.

Upper Canada = British loyalists Lower Canada = French descendants / colonialists (mainly)

So, to make it simple, it was english VS french, like it was at the time between England VS France.

My comment was just tongue in cheek! :)

Seb.

P.S. Snucker: yes, we ARE embarassed by Céline Dion!!!

i though quebec was in competition with all english speaking canadians? we are such a conflicted country! i took a canadian politics course and it's a miracle we didn't split up earlier! i guess this is the wrong place to go off about canadian politics...but gotta ask:

chrietein or martin?

p.s. who here in canada isn't embarrassed by ms. dion?:dead:

So I'd like to know the whereabouts of those cool flash presentations that were hidden in the color codes. Replaced by a christmas hat ? :moose:

And the Santa smilie has disappeared too.

What are we gonna do ?
