what's cooking?

You may have noticed this recipe on other musicians' website forums, so forgive me if I'm repeating myself.
Cooking stir fries are easier than you may think and are well worth the effort, so long as you are cooking for more than one person.
I used to use an electric wok to cook this meal, but an ordinary wok is fine. I also use a mini oven (for tomato or barbecue marinaded, diced chicken pieces). Simply chop up some washed peppers, baby corn and broccoli florets before cooking. Put the chicken pieces into the oven for around 18-20 minutes. Heat the wok with a little extra virgin olive oil and add the peppers, baby corn, broccoli, together with some fresh peas. Stir continually for around 15 minutes and then add either some chilled sweet & sour or plum & ginger sauce, and then wok rice (or fresh noodles, if you prefer). If you are cooking for more than two people, add a bag of grated carrots (very healthy!) and stir for another 3-5 minutes.
