As the article said we've been here before with the guy from Hot Chip announcing it in the press last time. Then came the eventual denial by Mr Murphy not too long after. I read his comments as "anything can happen" and it's probably good he's not planning 2-3 albums down the line as that just heaps on the pressure and expectation.
As long as the new effort is at least half as good as Sound of Silver lots of peeps here will be chuffed 
not to mention the gigs...
