Is anyone going to be hitting the a-Ha shows in NYC or LA? NY is May 6 & 7 at Nokia and LA is May 15 at Club Nokia.

I am thinking since it is officially the final go around and they have played all of one show on US soil in the last 20 years, now might just be a good time to go.

I didn't know that they were back. Haven't heard about any gigs in Sweden.

I thought they are going to split now.

Did I party to early?

O.K. maybe it's their 5 year long good-bye tour.

Oh how I hate that bunch since 1985...

I was caught out big time last year when I predicted that Sounds Of The Universe would easily be the album of the year, without taking into account that a-ha might still have one more great album left in them.

If Paul Weller was right in saying "You're only as good as your last album", then a-ha are the BEST band in the world right now.

If you can go to see them, do so.

And I'm surprised our sentimental friend Burt hasn't had something to say about this. (Or maybe he's waiting for me...)
