The wonderful person that is my oldest daughter,today accidently flipped the laptop from her lap onto the floor 
,
at first i thought it was ok but when it was turned back on,turns out the screen is all cracked inside and basically fucked,is this repairable?...(Cambo where the devil are ye?..)

If the display itself is fucked up the only thing you can do is try to find a spare from makers, or from a dead example of the same laptop off of ebay. Your other option is to connect it to a small external monitor, of course it's days of portability would be over, and you might find windows is a bit of a tit about defaulting to the external display.
Short answer is flay the wee bugger!

Make her use it as a pc, like Cambo said, by hooking it to an external and buy a new one for yerself.
or like Cambo said, buy a dead laptop off eBay, but changing a monitor can be a real bugger of a project.
True, some of them are on ribbons with sockets. but others need soldering....and you're more or less limited to buying the same make and model, or a close relative.
make sure you take her easter eggs off her!!!
when you get it repaired (or a new one) you could attach a chord to it that goes around the neck like you see on glasses, so if she knocks it again it won't go flying.

Ere Gaz, all is not lost. My laptop went tits up at shitmas, but you can unscrew out the hard drive n play yr gay porn/music via a small device(Cambo will know the name) on another pc/laptop.
I flogged my screen (via ebay) which was ok, to some one like you whose screen had cracked & he gave me a bag of jizz he was that happy.

Nah, all you need to do is to plug it into a monitor somewhere - then you can continue using it. Hard drive should be fine - it's just the laptop screen that's bust - one of mine went bust sometime ago, and the only way I could use it (before I got a replacement) was to plug it into a monitor.
It is possible to get a new screen but, unless it's under warranty or you know what you're doing, it can be very pricey to get it fixed...
As for the hard drive moving forward - if you can find somebody you know who's techy, then you can get 'em to do what Andrew says above...
Its not hard to pull out a hard drive, even if you are mechanically illiterate. Here's the simple solution, as I figure the lappy is going in the trash afterwards anyways.
Unscrew every screw you can find on the bottom of the laptop.
Seperate the plastic base from the top base as much as possible.
Look for a chrome rectangular thing, really shiny.
Pull it out (it comes right out).
Buy a case for it. linky linky
unscrew the two screws for the case. Plug the hard drive into it.
Screw the two screws back in.
Done, plug into your new lappy and enjoy yer old granny porn.
The hard disc in any sensible laptop is under a trapdoor (it's inside all the heat sinks in a Packard Bell naturally, I sooner have cancer than a PB).
2 screws at most, then maybe another 2 holding the drive.
If it's a SATA drive (two thin, L shaped plugs, one long one short) it'll go in any SATA capable PC (or an enclosure like EDEL says......I favour the Sharkoon Dataport, but hardly worth it to fix one drive)....If it's IDE (Older, lots of pins/holes...it'll need adapting to connect to a PC, or even a non-laptop-drive enclosure).

Getting the bugger out is a doddle, my handy identification guide was simply to make it easier to plug it into something else.
(If it's a Packard Bell, you will need an engineering degree, an interest in spelunking and the help of a young oriental female.....frankly you'd be better off microwaving it)
There are, of course, other hateful brands of laptop, but PB, as with their desktops, tick all the boxes on the irrational irritation checklist.

Or if it's a Tiny... They were the abomination of desktops/laptops in the 90's - no end of issues... And Time computers as well... 
It's a shame than Dan Technology went out of business (in 2002) - they were quite a good brand and a support team to match...
Opened a few Times and Tinys over the years, I can never remember which was which, but one of them used the most fucked up, cheap shite, then built it beautifully, perfect cable management, the lot.....the other used pretty respectable components, then just stuck them in a box, shook it, and hoped they went in the right sockets.
Coupla years ago, a chap in work asked me for guidance, I gave him 3 rules.
Avoid Packard Bell like unpaid overtime. Do NOT get anything with an Nvidia 7 series card, as they are flakey with some fairly mad issues in some games. Do NOT be taken in by the scam that is SLI (or crossfire if you're getting ATI), most games can't use it, and they will actually run slower than on a single card, so your second card just turns your leccy bill into case heat and buggers your framerate.
He bought a Packard Bell with 2x Nv 7600's in SLI configuration. Oh how I laughed when, 2 months ago, he sent me the pics of the machine....after he'd finally lost it and kicked it to death.
He paid £2100 for about £800 of kit too. Plank.
