First UK Election Debate.

yup... think Clegg won it, as expected, but then he's hardly worth a vote.
Cameron was poor apart from a scripted almost Churchillian speech at the end.
Brown was just dour and rubbish, and kept up this scary smirking throughout.
Not that different from the Commons, apart from Cameron being a bit muted.
Brown's smirk is cos he knows all (or at least one of) all the various 2012 end of the world are true, and that whoever takes over will have that shit to deal with.
Or maybe it's just that he's sitting there thinking....."you've no idea just how huge a mess I've left for you".
I didn't watch it, just the highlights, but this comment (by Attila the Stockbroker on Facebook) amused me:
"About as interesting as a slow motion video of a Crystal Palace reserve game with a Phil Collins soundtrack, next to a wall covered in paint in the process of drying, with some people playing golf in the background and the Boat Race going on in the distance. In Haywards Heath. On a Sunday. On a day when some royal has snuffed it and the pubs are shut."

Labour have done a great job for the average person haven't they? I can't believe how cheap the UK is to live in - house prices , petrol, household bills ...
SNP
I'd rather vote Labour than that joke party ![]()

From a purely selfish personal reason, it's because George Osbourne has stated that he wishes to trim down all the back office/IT contracts working for government agencies in order to attempt to save 12 billion quid... Of course, he hasn't stated how he's going to do that - personally, I don't think he's done his sums...
And since that's where I work, the cunt can go and fuck right off...
