Loved the first two albums Soul Mining and Infected.

Absolutely HATED Mind Bomb, cos it Bombed My Mind with its self-righteous tedium and awful lack of tunes (even if Mr Marr was on it), then the next album Dusk was a great return to form..... contrary bastard was Matt Johnson, wasn't he?

Muso Holland played the outro to the album version of said song. The original single version was an earlier, and different, recording, which I actually prefer cos it sounded warmer....

Great band. 'Soul Mining' is superb. 'The Beaten Generation' is top notch. Also love 'Love is Stronger Than Death' and 'Slow Emotion Replay' off 'Dusk'.

I listened to Dusk ad nauseum in college. Love Matt Johnson's voice.

Everything Matt did, 'cept maybe Burning Blue Soul, has been frikkin' ace. I live in hope that he'll release a proper new album one day.
