Extra hour this weekend. How is everyone going to use it?

As parents of small children who always get up early we should really take advantage of the clocks changing and catch up on our sleep by an extra hour.

However, based on previous years, we'll probably stay up late listening to music and drinking Jack Daniels and Coke because "we've got an extra hour".

Then we feel twice as bad on the Sunday. But at least we're still rock and roll.

Sort of.

This Saturday is the longest day of the year, not the 21st of June, as widely believed.

Though technically it will be Sunday is the longest day, as the clocks go back on that day.
