Perhaps I'm just a modernist! I like plastic ones, wood rots unless you treat it all the time, metal rusts (again, unless you treat it all the time) plastic, it'll outlast me!

I've been gone for years and I discover that The Great Shed Debate is still cooking. Man, I missed this place.
twist
Wood is good, but plastic is fantastic! no rotting, no rusting, it'll be here longer than us! now that's a shed.
plastic can melt. What if you were having a safety meeting inside one and your mate drops the bowl or knocks the side of the plastic shed with the pipe to clear it out? Burnt plastic.

Good point, but I hold my safety meetings in my brick garage for just such an avent, plus it has a large door for ease of escape. You can't be too careful ![]()

Its nearly 2012 for crying out loud.
PLease move on if you have nothing interesting to contribute!
The metal one is an appalling photoshop job inside and out.
That is all.
Except, I still find the shed to be a stimulating topic of debate, even after 6 years.
Last year I had a very large wolf spider in my shed. It was nearly as large as my hand. It would always be on the south wall about 7' high. I was very glad for winter coming and killing it. This year I did not see a spider of that size in there.
