knife. Gotta have a decent set of knives for the culinary arts in the kitchen. can eat with my fingers but can't slice up a pork loin or chicken without a knife.

Yes, you need a knife for chopping vegetables for a stir-fry, but you also need a spoon to constantly stir it all in. Love stir-fries, especially with egg noodles and sweet & sour sauce (preferably without the red dye).
