Fundamental flaw here I'm afraid. Was Mark Lawrenson Irish ? Managed to wander around a pitch for them long enough. To be "from" somewhere you only need to have grandparents who were born there under FIFA rules. Travesty I know, but there is a serious danger that Shug could possibly really be called a Scot after all !!! (were he able to play Intenational football that is)
Of course we all know that he is really a Northamptonshire man, proud of his local soil, and enjoys the lifestyle that an English upbringing offers ;)
As we all know it is a prerogative of people of celtic stock being able to be born wherever it suits them. Why having being granted this by the Almighty they so often choose to be born in Blighty instead of "Ibiza, Mallorca or Benidorm too" remains a mistery to me.

so are you trying to say that the nutter thinks he's that Jesus guy they talk about on TV every Sunday????
He is from Alderran, which was destroyed by the Empire's new weapon of mass destruction, THE DEATH STAR! Thus, why he's so prone to drinking.....
i think he's just a wandering nomad, who returns to the UK on occasion to watch celtic matches and go out on the piss. otherwise, he travels the globe in a green and white striped caravan pulled by a donkey named henrik, with a digital dish patched into sky attached to poor henrik's head....
you lot...Wonderboy was trying to run a serious poll here, and you can do is offer up silly answers...
come now...serious, earnest replies only...
I'll have no more talk of stables, or donkeys (especially donkeys named Henrik, everyone knows that donkeys are all named Jasper or Jeff)...tsk tsk...
Major...carry on please!

And well done Timbo, I am proud I was born in Northampton and not sheepshag land (Kettering) I always look out fer The Cobblers results on a Saturday afternoon![]()
And I knew Baldy would mention the stable
I have often quoted this when getting crucified fer being a plastic jock......If a dog's born in a barn, does it make it a horse?
thank you and goodnight;)
if a dog was born in a barn in england & it was claiming to be scotch it would make it a plastic scotch dog.
