I have been a fan of Joy Division, and soon after, New Order, since my Dad introduced them to me about seven years ago. Around that time I found a vintage shirt at a store. It has the famous Inferno painting on the front in white ink on a black shirt. Joy * Division printed along the top. I cannot find a duplicate anywhere on the web, I saw one other newer one that was red ink on white. Has anyone out there heard of or seen one of these shirts? I'm trying to figure out if it is original, if it's a fake, or any information at all. I payed quite a bit for it and it was worth every bit to me regardless if its fake or not. Please help me figure this out.

I had that t-shirt a long, long time ago, also had one for JD Disorder, I'll see if I can find anything on that.

Recall seeing that design on definitely more that one shirt back in the old days a) when most tees weren't official anyway and b) before it was cool to just have Ian staring at something on them. Can't remember how common it was but i definitely saw it more than once. (also had that bootleg back in '89, but also had a flag saying Disorder on ULU poster design)
