I don't remember this one, but Nat West used Jan Hammer's Crockett's Theme several times.
About twelve years ago a broadcaster on the (then)-Virgin Radio called Geoff Lloyd told me how cross this use of Jan Hammer's music made him feel. I guess it is all "work-work-work" these days though, so he has a point.
i remember that ad. depressing and (nostalgically) heartwarming in almost equal measure.
geoff lloyd does the absolute radio hometime show now. i like him a lot.
christ was that Nat West commercial 1991? Yeah it was kind of depressing in its mundanity.
Saw recently that ad for a car with the little girl in New York (can't recall what make of car or which model), was flabbergasted it turned out it was from 1988. Thought it was much, much more recent
Telly Savalas on Birmingham. Ha! I think i actually remember seeing this in the 70s
"Birmingham, my kinda town" ![]()
Went to the cinema today and found myself wishing this classic ad would come on instead of the crap you get now.once upon time this used to air very time you went to the cinema . This was 80s/90s. Takes yer back this one. "Peckham, on a wet Saturday afternoon"
