It's not the first time I've used them but it's my first disappointing experience. I paid for a 2 disc album + cd set on the 10th of Feb. I won't say who the artist is in case there is a remote chance that the seller could visit these boards. The seller acknowledged my paypal payment 4 days later (after prompting) and the thing has arrived today. A little on the slow side, but no big deal. It was described as, Condition: Mint, Sleeve Condition: Mint. Today it arrives. The DVD could probably pass for Mint but the CD has lots of scratches on the silver side. It looks well used. Probably more used looking than anything in my collection. This ain't NM, it ain't even VG. It does however seem to play. I have it on at the moment; so far so good. Incidentally the box also has quite a few scratches but it's more or less a generic slim double cd case (except with a white double disc tray), so not crucial. How much of a refund am I entitled to? 50%? The guy is from Italy. If he suggests I send the thing back to him, do I really have to trek down to the post office and sort postage from London back to Italy? That would be a pain. Any comments gratefully received.

He'll most probably ask you to send it back to him, and then, when he receives it, he should refund you...
That's what normally happens via ebay/discogs/etc...
Or, you could go with Gaz's suggestion! ![]()
